Your child's safety begins with your awareness... not your fear.

About this session

If your child is exposed to an uncomfortable situation today, are you the first person they will tell, or the last? This training workshop is designed to provide parents and caregivers with the knowledge and practical tools to build a safe environment based on effective communication, and to empower them to protect their children from harassment and exploitation through well-founded scientific and psychological principles. 🔵 Why this workshop? ♦️ Our children deserve to grow up in an environment that makes them confident and safe. ♦️ The responsibility of prevention starts with us as adults and caregivers, not with the children themselves. ♦️ Knowledge and awareness represent the strongest line of defense to protect the family. ♦️ We often fall into parenting mistakes without realizing it, and this workshop helps us to address and correct them. 🔵 Main topics of the workshop: ♦️ Concepts of upbringing and development: Reviewing the goals of comprehensive sexual education, understanding the child's developmental journey from childhood through puberty, in addition to sexual education specific to teenagers. ♦️ Personal safety boundaries: Teaching the child how to distinguish between a safe touch and an unsafe touch, a safe feeling and an unsafe feeling, in addition to differentiating between a good secret and a dangerous secret. ♦️ Awareness of bodily rights: Highlighting the importance of the parents' role in enhancing the child's awareness of their bodily rights, and respecting their privacy and their inherent right to protect their body. ♦️ Communication skills: Developing emotional intelligence in children, and learning how to apply appropriate communication methods based on different age groups. ♦️ Interactive practical training: Providing an effective dialogue model about body privacy, and practical training for children on how to properly refuse and immediately report, supported by educational games dedicated to body protection. ♦️ Building strategies: Analyzing a case study and discussing sexual harassment, identifying common mistakes, and reviewing multiple situations to develop an integrated family action plan to protect the child.
