ICDL and Artificial Intelligence for Beginners

The ICDL and Artificial Intelligence for Beginners course is designed for individuals who want to build strong foundational digital skills and gain practical experience using modern productivity and artificial intelligence tools. Participants will learn the basics of using a computer, managing files and folders, browsing the internet, and working with common digital applications. The course also covers Google Drive and Gmail, helping learners store, organise, share, and communicate effectively online. Learners will receive practical training in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. They will learn how to create documents, organise data, build simple databases, prepare presentations, and complete everyday academic and workplace tasks. The course also introduces artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. Participants will learn how to write clear and effective prompts, generate useful content, improve productivity, and integrate AI into Microsoft Office workflows. No previous technical or artificial intelligence experience is required.
