Her experience includes managing and operating her own pharmacy, which has given her a deep, first-hand understanding of the day-to-day challenges pharmacists face and how to handle them efficiently. She has also worked as a medical representative for leading pharmaceutical companies, delivered specialised lectures to ophthalmologists at the National Hospital in Tartous, and takes part regularly in scientific conferences and events to stay abreast of the latest developments in the world of medicine. In her commitment to merging hands-on practice with academic excellence, Layla holds a Training of Trainers (TOT) certificate and is currently pursuing specialised study toward a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy.
