Accessibility Statement
Last updated · 2026-05-30
Manchester Training Academy is committed to making learning accessible to as many people as possible. This statement explains what we do and how to tell us if something is not working for you.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across our website, and to keep improving over time. Accessibility is something we build into new features rather than add on afterwards.
2. Bilingual and right-to-left
Our site is fully bilingual in English and Arabic, with proper right-to-left (RTL) support for Arabic. You can switch language at any time, and the layout, text direction and typography adapt accordingly.
3. What we do
- Use clear, semantic structure with proper headings and landmarks.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Aim for sufficient colour contrast and readable typography, including scaled Arabic text.
- Provide descriptive links, labels and alternative text.
- Build responsive pages that work when zoomed or on small screens.
4. Known limitations
Some parts of the experience rely on third-party tools whose accessibility we do not fully control:
- The live-session video tool (Daily) and its in-call controls.
- The checkout and payment screens (Stripe).
- The video player used for recorded lessons (Bunny).
Some older course materials may also vary in accessibility. We are working to improve these areas and welcome your feedback.
5. Report a problem or request a format
If you find an accessibility barrier, or need information or a course material in a different format, contact us through our contact form or at [email protected]. We will respond and do our best to help, and to provide an alternative where it is reasonable to do so.
6. Review
We review this statement regularly. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last checked.
